Hello, Am keen for advice on what are the best finger foods to introduce and when. Our daughter is seven months this week - she's been eating pureed solids for about a month now and Farex for about eight weeks. How do you know when they're ready to try finger foods, and that they won't choke? Thanking you in advance!!
